We can’t live in the past as it’s already over, if we keep looking at the rear view mirror, the past will imprison us and we will miss today… today is a gift, a new start that’s why it’s called the present. We just need to open the present and enjoy what’s in the box. Tomorrow will come but not guarantee so enjoy your life and stop looking back but leap forward, sprint ahead as your life, happiness and dreams are ahead of you

I enjoy this quote greatly. It reminds me that we cannot guarantee that we will be alive tomorrow and that anything an happen. You should treat every day like your last and not dwell in the past.
